AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of
land being part of Block 8 of "Frederick Barthold's Western
Addition" and being in Section 36, Township 45 North, Range 4 East,
City of Manchester, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easement as
recorded in Deed Book 4582, Page 272 of the St. Louis County
Records, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
