AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the five foot (5')
wide easements located in a tract of land being part of Lots 5, 24,
25 and 26 of "Oak Hill Manor First Addition", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 334, Page 98 of
the St. Louis County Records, and in Township 46 North, Range 6
East, City of Bridgeton, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portion of subject easements, and the
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five foot (5') wide
easements in said Lots 5, 24, 25 and 26 of Oak Hill Manor First
Addition as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
