AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement located
in a tract of land being part of Lot 93 of "The Lake on White Road,
Plat Two", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 172, Page 52 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and the
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement in said Lot 93
of The Lake on White Road, Plat Two as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
