AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement located
in a tract of land being part of Lot 29 of "DePaul Meadows", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
332, Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records, in U.S. Survey 654,
Section 11, Township 46 North - Range 5 East, City of Bridgeton,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and the
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement in said Lot 29
of DePaul Meadows Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1995.
