AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Gershenson Construction
Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #157 (Linpage Pl. #11100) 95056, in
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gershenson
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Infrastructure Repair #157 (Linpage Pl. #11100) 95056, in
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 25th day of October, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1995.
