AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement for the construction of
an electrical line by Union Electric in City Block 3224, City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute an easement for the
construction of an electrical line by Union Electric across certain
District property in City Block 3224, City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1995.
