AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement for the installation of
an electrical pole guy wire and anchor by Union Electric within the
right-of-way of the River des Peres Drainage Works approximately
two hundred twenty feet (220') southeast of the intersection of
Dale Avenue and Manchester Avenue, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute an easement for the
installation of an electrical pole guy wire and anchor by Union
Electric within the right-of-way of the River des Peres Drainage
Works approximately two hundred twenty feet (220') southeast of the
intersection of Dale Avenue and Manchester Avenue, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1995.
