AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8388, Page 1448 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in Section 9, Township 44
North, Range 4 East and being in Lots 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230,
231 and 232 of Castle Pines, Plat 13, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 337, Page 33 of the St.
Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8388, Page 1448 of the St. Louis
County Records as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat," and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements established by the plat
of Castle Pines, Plat 13, as recorded in Plat Book 337, Page 33 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1995.
