AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement located
in a tract of land being part of Lot 9 of "Camfield Square," a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
190, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records and being in a tract
of land in Section 10, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, City of
Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement in said Lot 9 of
Camfield Square as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat," and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1995.
