AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00) from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund for additional project costs for the
Baden and Mill Creek Pump Stations Hydraulic System Replacement and
Pump Modifications (BP-014B, 94089B).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9612, adopted July 13, 1995,
provided the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars
($700,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund for additional project costs for the Baden
and Mill Creek Pump Stations Hydraulic System Replacement and Pump
Modifications (BP-014B, 94089B).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
