AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide
easement in Lot 15 of "Clifton Oaks", a subdivision according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 316, Page 48 of the St.
Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a five
foot (5') wide easement is hereby vacated to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the western right-of-
way line of Clifton Oaks place (50' W) with the common
property corner of Lot 15 and Lot 16 of Clifton Oaks, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 316, Page 48 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence along the common property line of Lot 15 and Lot
16, South 52 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West a
distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continuing along same property line South 52 degrees 02
minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 50.00 feet to a
point; thence leaving said northern line South 37 degrees
57 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 5.00 feet to a
point; thence North 52 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East
a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on a curve; thence in
a northerly direction along a curve to the right, having
a radius of 185.00 feet an arc distance of 5.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
