AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement in
Lot 1 of "Cedar Crest", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 73 of the St. Louis County Records,
and in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District's rights, title or interest in
the north-south ten foot (10') wide easement having a centerline
parallel and forty-five feet (45') south of the northern lot line
of Lot 1, Cedar Crest Subdivision are hereby vacated, excepting
therefrom the portion of said easement also being part of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement as recorded in Deed Book 1480, Page
464 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
