AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the five foot (5')
wide easement in Lot 26, Block 4 of Hill Top View No. 5, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof in Plat Book 28, Page 6
of the St. Louis County Records, and being in the City of
Shrewsbury, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The eastern 115 feet of the five foot (5')
wide easement adjacent and parallel to the northern lot line of Lot
26, Block 4 of Hill Top View No. 5 is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
