AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a drainage easement
located in a tract of land being part of Lots 6 and 7 of "Fenton
Weiss Business Park", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 339, Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records,
and being in Section 22, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, City of
Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a drainage easement in said
Lots 6 and 7 of Fenton Weiss Business Park as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
