AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of two (2), five foot
(5') wide easements located in a tract of land being part of Lots
38 and 39 of "Providence Place", a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 337, Pages 37 and 38 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of two (2), five foot (5')
wide easements in said Lots 38 and 39 of Providence Place as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
