AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($73,152.00) from the Improvement Fund to
pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Warson Road Storm Drainage System
(P-19919), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Ladue, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Two Hundred Nineteen
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-seven Dollars ($219,457.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Seventy-three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($73,152.00)
toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said
amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($73,152.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the
total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Warson Road
Storm Drainage System (P-19919), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
