AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Five Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars ($4,537.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay
the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the
construction of storm improvements in Blackberry Ave. #7582
Stormwater Project (P-19465), in the City of University City,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
University City, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Thirteen
Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($13,613.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($4,537.00) toward
the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with
the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars ($4,537.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm improvements in Blackberry Ave.
#7582 Stormwater Project (P-19465), in the City of University City,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1995.
