AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to
be used for additional project costs for the procurement of Gates
and Electric Actuators (L-02E, 93039E) for the Lemay Service Area
Overflow Regulation System Pump Station and Gate Modifications, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9500, adopted March 9, 1995,
provided the initial funding for said procurement, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund to be used for additional project costs for the procurement of
Gates and Electric Actuators (L-02E, 93039E) for the Lemay Service
Area Overflow Regulation System Pump Station and Gate
Modifications, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
