AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer easement
in a tract of land in Section 21, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, in the City of Brentwood,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the East-West center line of said Section 21
with the West line of "Hanley Industrial Subd. 4th Addition", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 112, Page 4 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West
406.89 feet along said East-West centerline of Section 21 and the North line of
Block 5 of "Forest Hills Park", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records to a point;
thence North 13 degrees 39 minutes 46 seconds East 30.68 feet to a point;
thence North 12 degrees 22 minutes 44 seconds East 5.51 feet to the Actual
Point of Beginning; thence South 77 degrees 30 minutes 12 seconds West
5.51 feet to a point; thence North 12 degrees 22 minutes 43 seconds East
180.58 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 53 minutes 31 seconds East
24.33 feet to a point; thence South 12 degrees 22 minutes 43 seconds West
153.77 feet to a point; thence South 77 degrees 30 minutes 12 seconds West
5.51 feet to the actual point of beginning and containing 1,672 square feet
according to calculations based on a survey by Volz Engineering & Surveying,
Inc. on December 19, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
