AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion
of Sycamore Drive, a thirty foot (30') wide roadway for public use in a tract of land being part
of "Ballwin Acres", a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 20,
Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records, also being in Section 28, Township 45 North,
Range 4 East, City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any
right, title, or interest that it may have in the subject roadway, and this District has no further
use for said roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the portion of the right of way of Sycamore Drive as
shown hachured on the attached "Right-of-Way Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, excepting therefrom the easements and right-of-ways established in the
record plat of "Twin Estates at Sycamore Ridge", a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 333, Pages 75 and 76 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
