AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement
located in a tract of land being part of Tract "A" of "South County Industrial", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 119, Page 88 of the St. Louis County
Records, and in U.S. Survey 2994, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement in said Tract
"A" of South County Industrial as shown cross-hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
