AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement located in a tract of
land being part of Lots 5 and 6 of "I-170/St. Charles Rock Road Industrial Park", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 331, Page 95 of the St. Louis
County Records, and being in Section 27, Township 46 North, Range 6 East in the City of St.
John, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lots 5 and 6 of I-
170/St. Charles Rock Road Industrial Park as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
