AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion
of Fuchs Road, a forty foot (40') wide roadway for public use in the northwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any
right, title, or interest that it may have in the portion of the subject roadway, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the portion of Fuchs Road as shown hachured on the
attached "Right-of-Way Vacation Plat" and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
