AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement as established by the
Easement Plat recorded in Plat Book 336, Page 71 of the St. Louis County Records, and
being in Lot 24 of "The Meadows at Forder Oaks Plat Two", as recorded in Plat Book 339,
Pages 78 and 79 of the St. Louis County Records, also being in a tract of land being parts of
several tracts of land described in deeds to the Sisters of St. Joseph recorded at Deed Book
33, Page 502, Deed Book 255, Page 205, Deed Book 646, Page 191 and Deed Book 1012,
Page 255; and including all of Lots 3 and 4 and parts of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 111 of "Taylor
Blow's Subdivision" (Plat Book 6, Page 10 of City of St. Louis Records) and also part of
Block 110 in Carondelet Commons South of River des Peres; and further including part of
Fractional Section 2, all in Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 24 of The Meadows
at Forder Oaks, Plat Two as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
