AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of the ten foot (10') wide easements
recorded in Deed Book 8108, Page 1178; Deed Book 6842, Page 2488; and Deed Book
9491, Page 1282; and all of the easements recorded in Deed Book 10454, Page 2167 of the
St. Louis County Records, said easements being in parts of several tracts of land described in
deeds to the Sisters of St. Joseph recorded respectively in Deed Book 33, Page 502; Deed
Book 255, Page 205; Deed Book 646, Page 191 and Deed Book 1012, Page 255 of the St.
Louis County Records; and including all of Lots 3 and 4 and part of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 111
of "Taylor Blow's Subdivision" as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 10 of the City of St. Louis
Records, and also being part of Block 110 in Carondelet Commons South of River des Peres;
and further including part of Fractional Section 2, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of subject easements and this District has no further use for said portions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 8108, Page 1178 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof; the portion of the ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 6842, Page 2488 as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat" and marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof; the portions of
the ten foot (10') wide easements recorded in Deed Book 9491, Page 1282 as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" and marked Exhibit "C"; and all
easements recorded in Deed Book 10454, Page 2167 of the St. Louis County Records are
hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements established by the subdivision plat
of "The Meadows at Forder Oaks - Plat One" as recorded in Plat Book 336, Pages 87 and
88 of the St. Louis County Records and the subdivision plat of "The Meadows of Forder Oaks
- Plat 2 as recorded in Plat Book 339, Pages 78 and 79.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1996.
