AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for valve repair for the Lemay Service
Area Overflow Regulation System Lemay Pump Station Modifications (L-08A, 95042A), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for valve repair for the Lemay
Service Area Overflow Regulation System Lemay Pump Station Modifications (L-08A,
95042A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
