AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with R.V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of rock fill slope protection in Infrastructure Repair #165 (Clayton Rd.
& Prospector Ridge) 96023, in the City of Wildwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
R.V. Wagner, Inc. for the construction of rock fill slope protection in Infrastructure Repair #165
(Clayton Rd. & Prospector Ridge) 96023, in the City of Wildwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 29th day of December, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
