O R D I N A N C E NO. 9806
AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 9247, as adopted June 8, 1994,
and adopting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, designating certain classes of employees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, within the Management Schedule, as eligible for
the payment of overtime compensation.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13.6c of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Civil Service Rules and Regulations, classified employees in classes allocated to
the Management Schedule shall be entitled to be paid for overtime work only if provided by
District ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees hereby wishes to designate certain
classes of employees of the District, within the Management Schedule, as eligible for
overtime compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 9247, as adopted June 8, 1994, is hereby
repealed.
Section Two. The following classes of employees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, within the Management Schedule, are hereby designated as eligible
for the payment of overtime compensation, to wit:
1. Administrative Assistant
2. Assistant Construction Supervisor
3. Assistant Customer Service Supervisor
4. Assistant Engineer
5. Assistant Engineer (Environmental Compliance)
6. Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
7. Assistant Plant Engineer
8. Assistant Pump Station Supervisor
9. Associate Construction Supervisor

10. Associate Engineer
11. Associate Engineer (Environmental Compliance)
12. Associate Plant Engineer
13. Associate Plant Operation Supervisor
14. CADD Supervisor
15. GIS Supervisor
16. Graphic Design Supervisor
17. Purchasing Agent
18. Resident Inspector
19. Right-of-Way Agent
20. Secretary to Board of Trustees
21. Surveyor
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
