AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9833 - 3/14/96
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer easement in
Lot 4 of Chambers Estate Subdivision in U.S. Survey 393, Township 46 North, Range 7 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri, and being part of the north-south portion of the 10 foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 5691, Page 211 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the northwesterly corner of Parcel 1 as described in deed
recorded in Book 8031, Page 1795 of said County Records (also basis of
bearings), on the easterly line of West Florissant Avenue, 100 feet wide; thence
along the northerly line of said Parcel 2, North 82 degrees 20 minutes 00
seconds East 55.00 feet to the westerly line of said 10 feet wide easement,
and said point being the true point of beginning of the strip herein described;
thence continuing along the northerly line of said Parcel 2, North 82 degrees
20 minutes 00 seconds East 10.00 feet to the easterly line of said easement;
thence along said easterly line, South 07 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East
55.00 feet; thence along a line perpendicular to said easterly line, South 82
degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to the westerly line of said
easement; thence along said westerly line, North 07 degrees 40 minutes 00
seconds West 55.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
