AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the ten foot (10') wide sewer easement
recorded in Deed Book 9781, Page 1221 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office and being
in Fractional Section 30, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easement recorded in Deed Book
9781, Page 1221 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the portion of said easement also being part of the easements recorded in
Deed Book 10362, Page 1258 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
