AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a portion
of a ten foot (10') wide vacated alley (City of St. Louis Ordinance 61310) in City Block 1262,
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any
right, title or interest that it may have in the subject vacated alley, and this District has no
further use for said alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the portion of the ten foot (10') wide vacated alley in
City Block 1262 shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
