AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the ten foot (10') wide sewer easement
recorded in Deed Book 8981, Page 2371 of the St. Louis County Records and being in Lot 1
of "Terrick Estates" a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 143,
Page 54 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in the City of Town and Country, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The easement recorded in Deed Book 8981, Page 2371 of the
St. Louis County Records is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the portion of said
easement also being part of the easement recorded in Deed Book 10669, Page 415 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
