AN ORDINANCE, vacating the ten foot (10') wide sewer easement recorded in
Deed Book 10362, Page 1294 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in a tract of land
in the East one-half of the Southwest one-fourth of Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 5
East, in the City of Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 10362,
Page 1294 of the St. Louis County Records is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
