AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Dollars
($2,620.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Walton-Graceland Stormwater Project (P-19537),
in the Village of Sycamore Hills, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the Village of Sycamore Hills,
Missouri at an estimated total cost of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-one Dollars
($12,761.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Two Thousand Six
Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,620.00) toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit
said amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Dollars
($2,620.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's
share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Walton-Graceland Stormwater
Project (P-19537), in the Village of Sycamore Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
