AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement located in a tract of land
being part of the "Parks and Recreation Area" and Lot A of "La Maison Village" a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 122, Page 68 of the St. Louis County
Records, and being in U.S. Survey 357, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement in said "Parks and Recreation Area
and said Lot A of La Maison Village as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat" and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1996.
