REVOKING RESOLUTION #95-301 - JOHN W. SPOGANETZ, ESQ.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #95-301, John W. Spoganetz, Esq. was
appointed to act as counsel; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Spoganetz did not accept the appointment; and
WHEREAS, Mr~ Spoganetz has not billed for any services and all legal services for
the Urban Enterprise Zone Committee have been performed by the Borough
Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby
revokes Resolution #95-301 Appointing John W. Spoganetz, Esq. Attorney for the
Urban Enterprise Zone Committee.
Adopted this 5th day of December, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 6, 1996.
