AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide sewer easement in Lots 25
and 26 of Valley Oaks Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 337, Pages 48 and 49 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easement as shown hachured on
the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1996.
