AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-seven
and 70/100 Dollars ($33,567.70) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund to pay for a portion of
engineering services for the Phase III Digital Mapping (Field Investigation & Verification)
(96072); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-855 with TDP/St. Louis, Inc. for
the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the total costs of the engineering services provided hereunder is
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and the remainder will be paid through the Engineering
Department's budget as previously appropriated,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-seven and
70/100 Dollars ($33,567.70) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning Fund to
pay for a portion of engineering services for the Phase III Digital Mapping (Field Investigation
& Verification) (96072).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-855
with TDP/St. Louis, Inc. for engineering services for the Phase III Digital Mapping (Field
Investigation & Verification) (96072); said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 18, 1996.
