AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty Thousand
Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund
of Deer Creek to be used for additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
TM-04 Two Mile Creek Sanitary Relief and Fawnvalley-Harwood Phase I (89150), in the City
of Des Peres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9472, adopted February 9, 1995, appropriated the
initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance, Construction and Improvement Fund of Deer Creek is hereby
appropriated to be used for additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
TM-04 Two Mile Creek Sanitary Relief and Fawnvalley-Harwood Phase I (89150) in the City
of Des Peres, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1996.
