AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer, on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to enter into a contract with the firm of
W.F. Corroon, whereby W.F. Corroon will act as the District's Employee Group Insurance
consultant,
WHEREAS, the District staff has received and evaluated written proposals from
qualified firms to provide employee group insurance consulting services and has conducted
oral interviews with selected firms,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to enter into a contract with
the firm of W.F. Corroon, whereby W.F. Corroon will act as the District's Employee Group
Insurance consultant.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on June 1, 1996 with four (4)
additional one-year extension periods to be exercised at the option of the District, and such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 9, 1996.
