AN ORDINANCE, vacating the easements located in a tract of land known as
"Willow Bend", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 228, Page
100 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Town & Country, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements in said "Willow Bend" as hereafter described, are
hereby vacated, to wit:

Description of a 10 foot wide easement, shown as Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, to be vacated:
Commencing at a stone found for the northwest corner of a tract of land recorded as Willow
Bend in Plat Book 228, Page 100 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, and the
southwest corner of tract of land recorded as Manderleigh of Town and Country Plat Two in
Plat Book 330, Pages 77-78 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records; said stone being on
the east line of Scarborough Plat 6, as recorded in Plat Book 173, Pages 70-71 of the St.
Louis County, Missouri Recorder's Office;
Thence, easterly with the common line between said Willow Bend and said Manderleigh of
Town and Country Plat Two South 89 degrees 01 minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of
128.69 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence, South 20 degrees 40 minutes 56 seconds West, a distance of 143.98 feet to a
point;
Thence, South 34 degrees 35 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 371.34 feet to a point;
