AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Continental Casualty Company
(Sedgwick James of Missouri, Inc., agent) for the District's Excess Workers' Compensation
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Continental Casualty Company is hereby awarded the contract
for the District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 1996 to June
30, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
