AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Kemper National Insurance Company
(Sedgwick James of Missouri, Inc., agent) for the District's Contractor's Equipment Insurance
(Inland Marine) coverage from July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Kemper National Insurance Company is hereby awarded the
contract for the District's Contractor's Equipment Insurance (Inland Marine) coverage from July
1, 1996 to June 30, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
