AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to National Union Fire Insurance Co.
(Sedgwick James of Missouri, Inc., agent) for the District's Umbrella Excess Liability Insurance
Coverage from July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Union Fire Insurance Co. is hereby awarded the
contract for the District's Umbrella Excess Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1996 to
June 30, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
