AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the
Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System Miscellaneous Sewer Rehabilitation
Bremen Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-015I, 94090I), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Affholder, Inc. for the construction of the
aforesaid contract.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project
costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System
Miscellaneous Sewer Rehabilitation Bremen Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-015I, 94090I), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Affholder, Inc. for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System
Miscellaneous Sewer Rehabilitation Bremen Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-015I, 94090I), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
