AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 10446, Pages 735-737 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 9
of Jamestown Farms, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 182,
Pages 48-50 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement, recorded in Deed Book 10446,
Pages 735-737 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 9 of Jamestown
Farms, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 182, Pages 48-50 of the St. Louis County
Records, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
