AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement in Lot
61 of Tempo Plat Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
95, Page 89 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The western five foot (5') portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide
easement in Lot 61 of Tempo Plat Two as established by the subdivision plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 95, Page 89, said easement being further described as parallel to and adjoining
the east side of Lot 61 and extending a distance of 110.00 feet northerly from its point of
beginning at the north line of Tempo (50 foot wide) Drive, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
