AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) fifteen foot (15') wide easements located in
a tract of land being in part of Lots 203, 225 and common ground of "Red Maple Farm, Plat
2", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 341, Page 80 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2) fifteen foot (15') wide easements as recorded in
Deed Book 6452, Page 717 and Deed Book 6452, Page 721, respectively, of the St. Louis
County Recorder's Office are hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM all other easements
as shown in "Red Maple Farm, Plat 2", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat book 341, Page 80 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
