AN ORDINANCE, vacating the ten foot (10') wide easement to the north and a
portion of the five foot (5') wide easement to the east, as located in a tract of land being in
Lot 205 of "Forest Creek Plat Two", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 329, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement to the north and portion of the
five foot (5') wide easement to the east, as located in Lot 205 of said "Forest Creek Plat
Two" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
