REPEALED BY 10143 - 6/12/97
AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 9695, adopted October 12, 1995,
by repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof, prescribing the
salary of the Internal Auditor, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 9695, adopted October 12, 1995,
is hereby repealed.
Section Two. A new Section Two of Ordinance No. 9695 is hereby enacted and
shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The salary of the Internal Auditor shall be Sixty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Fifty-five and 96/100 Dollars ($69,655.96), per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments, on and after June 24, 1996."
Section Three. The position of Internal Auditor is essential to the operation
of the District, and the salary for said position must be prescribed without delay, thus creating
an emergency within the meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1996.
